Michael Allingham is a Fellow at Magdalen College, Oxford. He read natural philosophy and then political economy at the Unversity of Edingurgh and subseqeuntly taught at a number of university in the United Kingdon and the States. His academic interests lie in the intersection of economic theory, analythical philosophy and political theory: previous book include Equilibrium and Disequilibrium, General Equilibrium, Value, Unconscius Contracts, Theory of Markets, Arbitrage and Rational Choice.
